I am trying not to cry again..and not doing a good job of it. I am hugging a teddy mark got me but is not helping, I don't like to feel like this Julie.

There probably isn't any one thing, are you still on your period, that may be causing the emotions. Yesterday you saw your family for a bit.
I am sorry you are feeling sad again, I know it can be annoying when people say this but I do understand, I get very emotional for no good reason as well.

yes I am, I am really crying now..I just hope I am not getting depressed adain..it scares me cos of what I was like..I don't think I am cos I am not always like this now
