Well it's happened a little while back, but I only started thinking straight like... well now 
So I told my 2 best friends about a huge problem I have/had and I told them that nobody could know. After a while they told this teacher (he's also a psychologist) that I wanted to talk to him about a problem and they made me tell him my deepest and darkest secret, while I asked them not to! Now I feel stabbed in the back... I know they wanted to help me, but I was recovering on my own... I struggeled with it for 6 months, also on my own! I know they wanted me to get out of that bad daily routine, but I really wasn't ready to tell anyone, it made me feel soooo bad and low... I changed my ways after two sessions, but I don't think it was because of them. I was changing anyways...
I feel stabbed the back now... it's weird cause it's been like 2 or even 3 months now...

Delayed reaction, I know where youa re coming from but you should just sit down and tell them that they went back on their word and taht you'd appreciate it if next time they didn't anyone

Yeah, I'll tell them. I'm not angry, I just feel stabbed in the back. I'll tell them I understand where they're coming from, but I just don't like the fact they lied to me.
I found out recently that they had asked him how come I became a little aggressive after our sessions (okay, I admit I was not a little, i was very aggressive) and he said it was because I spilled my secrets. But they didn't tell me they had talked about me... makes me feel kinda bad too...

I understand where you and them are coming from. They care about you but you'd prefer them to ask you rather than someone else?

Yes! in 6 months they never paid much attention to it and I can't blame them because it was seriously bad and scary, but all of a sudden, when I wasn't doing as bad as usual, they send me to that teacher so that makes me a little... I dunno... weird..
