OMG I got chased by a gorilla at the mall today

*Is traumatized* 
I walked into this Halloween store, and there was this gorilla suit laid out on a chair -- I said to my friend Paul, "Haha, that looks like you!" and went over and picked up its hand, and it CAME TO LIFE!  (There was actually someone in it)
So I FREAKED and started laughing like crazy, then it GOT UP and CHASED me all around the store!
Seriously, I was RUNNING from it but somehow it kept catching up with me, and of course my friends were no help, just standing there laughing.
So I'm like, "OMG, I HAVE TO LEAVE!" and I hauled ass outta the store and it FOLLOWED ME OUT.
And then it had me cornered and took off the mask and it was some like, 8-year-old girl.
But still it was SO freaky!

hahahaha, that's hilarious, that 8 yr old must have had a good sense of humour! At least it was a gorilla and not a clown chasing you, i know i'd be traumatised if it was a clown. They freak me out completely.

If I were you, I probably would have hit it. (Just instinct, I know it'd make me look stupid but oh well.) I would seriously hit that mascot.

At first I thought, "Okay, it'll chase me for like 30 seconds and then stop," but no! FOR LIKE 5 MINUTES SHE KEPT FOLLOWING ME TRYING TO GIVE A HUG!
I will have nightmares.
