I had my very first go using a Wii last night and I really enjoyed it - I thought it was brilliant! Does anyone else have one? What are your views? Do you really think that using the Wii is as good as exercising?

I saw a programme a few months ago, testing wii and how good it was compared to "real" excercising. The result was that wii was basically not effective at all, no matter what the excercise was. I expected that outcome, but it sure is fun!

It is fun, isn't it? I was playing at my friend's house and she had that tennis game and a bowling game and stuff, I had a great time with them. I guess it might not be as effective as real exercise, but it's still got to be better than just watching TV or something.

Wii is fun! I got my husband one for his Birthday and he is enamored with it. The wireless controllers are really interesting too.
