Is the working holiday definately organised, then, Elizabeth?

A lot of holidays planned for me for 08...Norway for 4 days in February, Donegal (Ireland) at Easter, and Berlin and Poland in October!

MyFrodo, all the best for the new year!

My family is planning to go to Florida, cause we have a small piece of land there and no one of us has seen it yet (except on pictures) and like I wrote in another topic, I'm planning to go to Prague and London in Feb

Well, near enough the visas have been approved so we have until next December to go, we are just waiting on the landlord to get back to us regarding if we can leave the flat in March.

If we can we plan to head out at the end of March and come back in January 09, going via Singapore

Thanks, Elizabeth for starting a new vacation thread!!!

My vacation plans are definite yet...but I am thinking of going to Seattle, WA; New Hampshire and perhaps Wisconsin.

My brother and sister-in-law are coming out to join the rest of the family for a trip to Yellowstone National Park this summer. How fun it will be! So we shall see what "trips" will come to be this year.

I don't have anywhere planned this year. I'm holiday-less just like last year

But it's my Mum's 50th in April, and she's been thinking about a family holiday, as we've not had one in years what with me and my brother leaving home. We shall see.

I want to go to Edinburgh with my boyfriend over the summer. My Grandma has just moved up there to live with my Aunt, so I'd like to visit her and see how she is, and also have a holiday with Adam.
So it makes sense to do both at the same time. Edinburgh is really good, and my Aunt lives really close.

We'll see

Edinburghs gorgeous.  Maybe you could catch the Fringe Festival Tafika?

Culpie, your trip sounds really fun! I love it when parts of the family get together.

Elizabeth, I bet you can't wait til May!

Edinburgh sounds lovely, Tafika. Sounds like a great plan...visit your grandma and aunt...plus vacation with your boyfriend.

Mary, the group trip will be lots of fun. Somehow or other my whole family has stayed pretty close...even though we range from 30 - 48 and some are married with kiddies.  It will be lots of fun! The kids are looking forward to goofying around with their aunties and uncles.

Elizabeth, I bet the time will fly. There will be a lot to do to prepare for your departure. Do you have a lot of family locally? If you do, I bet there will be a lot of goodbyes to be said too.
