Strange and Unexplainable Crop Circles

I checked every thread on this board and no one has posted about it. I haven't really thought about crop circles for a long time, and I've always thought of them as one of those foolish superstitious theories and hoaxes that people make up. But last night my dad was watching this special on TV about crop circles, and he told me to watch. The pictures are really strange. Some experts on crop circles were interviewed and they talked about the histories and myths that people created hundreds of years ago, and groups of UK people that make crop circles. But before that, someone said something very interesting about them, supplied by the pictures. I don't remember exactly what show it was so there's no way I can find the source for the exact quote on the internet, but I'll try the best I can to remember:

So that might leave the speculations for something un-known that made them? Possibly? Here's some pictures:

I tried to talk about this to my friends, but one of them really thinks it's stupid and that all of them are man-made. After seeing that special on TV though, which was a really intelligent looking show, I don't think I can just simply throw out the idea of some ideas, you know. Not that most of them aren't man-made hoaxes. Some of them are completely unexplained. I'd really like to know your interesting takes on this.

I'm a conspiracy wh*re, so I've heard of crop circles. I think they're pretty. Made by aliens? Maybe.
My room suddenly got alot more creepier.

bull. I mean, really. humans could do that, and to say that it is "impossible for any man-made machines or people to try and render" them is belittling mankind and its ability. people also said that men could never fly... that people could never travel in space... that no one would ever walk on the moon... come on, crop circles would be pie compared to some of the achievements humans have accomplished. What about gene splicing? it's intricate... and people can still do that (though not yet legally in some places... lol  ) Plus, you could use a scale model of what you wanted to make... use sky cameras and what not to make sure the design is proceeding as desired... there's many ways to do it...
lol, i don't mean to sound so harsh... but i'm just not convinced... not in the slightest. Even if there were aliens that were somewhere in space... why would they come put a design in our fields? where no one goes anyway? why not crush some cement and make a design in New York City where a lot of people would see it? If they are trying to communicate, they need to study our culture more and become aware of the fact that we don't understand what crop circles mean.. and that most people can't see them personally because crops are in such rural areas...
right, well, i'm gonna go. i'm not trying to make anyone mad or anything... just saying why i don't believe they are made by aliens...

Wow, those look great. I don't know how they got there. Do you know if they just appeared all of a sudden?

Take into consideration that some crop circles appear overnight, so there's no time to do all of what you described.
I've heard of some crop circles in England quite a while ago. 2 guys admitted to have made them, even overnight. But I don't think they looked anything like the ones above.

Ooh, fun pictures! I always love looking at pictures of crop circles. 
I heard somewhere or other that evidence supporting a non-human creator was that the stalks of the corn (or whatever crop they're made in) aren't broken. They said that it's just extremely bent, and it would be almost impossible for a human to do all of that without breaking a single stalk.

I know. Of course, some people chose to work on theirs during the day... and they got caught... lol. But i think if you got enough people out there... you could. I'm not trying to undermind the skill that would be required to make such things, but it does aggervate me when people assume there is no way for humans to accomplish such tasks.

I believe in aliens, but I don't believe they are made by them. I think they're man made.
It's creepy though to consider the thought that they could be made by extra-terrestrials, but it just seems improbable. Not to disrespect your opinion!!

I *heart* crop circles to! i mean, im not sure what to think of them, but some of them are so cool and pretty!
i read in Kerrang ages ago... must have been a few years ago... about some pissed-up fans making a KoRn crop-circle... and it looked exactly like the proper logo... twas great....
