Yes, but she's still as annoying as a cat clawing at your private parts night and day.

At any rate, she's preferable to most current female sitcom characters IMO. For example, the dark-haired fiancee chick in Rules of Engagement (having a mental blank on her name right now) just drives me CRAZY!

I think Penny annoys me (sometimes) because she's just so...girly and is sometimes quite rude to the guys about their interests.
That being said I did enjoy her in The Zazzy Substitution.
