I have read the Angels & Demons book, and trust me Ewan was not miscast. Played Camerlengo Carlo Ventresca (Camerleno Patrick McKenna in the movie) to a Tee.
Good to know you enjoyed it though

I watched it yesterday with my mom, while my other my brother, two sisters and step dad went to see the might at the museum. I was like the only 14-year-old there!.
AND OMG this movie was completely awesome! Some people say it sucks, I have to disagree because they dont know what they are saying. Their to busy watching lame movies like scary movie, mall cop and stuff lol but its everyones opinions.
anyways!, I LOVED the film, and now i am obsessed never stop talking about the movie at school!:)

Well, he was obviously the youngest actor there and probsbly that is why I thought he didnt fit in. Yes, I agree he played a good part.
Glad you liked the movie also Raquel

But the Carmalengo is the youngest character in the book.
Also they missed some stuff out of the movie which was great stuff but the movie flows without it

I didn't mean to come off bitchy there by the way.
It wasn't major things but some stuff with the Carmelengo would have been great in there. Like his parentage.
They had to cut 5 minutes of film because they received an R rating!

Hun, you were not bitchy! Don't worry
It is a shame they had to cut some stuff out of the book, would have been interesting!

I loved Angels and Demons! I saw The Davinci Code a couple of days after I saw A&D and I loved that one as well, but in my opinion A&D was better, because TDC is a little hard to follow (maybe I was just too tired, I don't know...)
And I think I saw a similarity between the casts? Apart from Robert Langdon, obviously, but isn't that guard of the Vatican Library (or something... ) With that white kinda hair the same guy as the killer in TDC? They look so much alike!!

Silas (or Paul Bettany) No it wasn't him. But if you want a funny similarity that my mom noticed: the music that plays during the credits of Angels & Demons is the same music that plays at the end of The DaVinci Code
