OMG I didn't see this thread so I made one about it! Jonas Armstrong as Robin Hood is SO hot and Cute!!  I love everything related to Robin Hood of course..Marian is so beautiful in this seires too! she looks gorgeous!

Hi Julie! I got my First series packed DVD and till now I've seen all of it twice 
Oh, I think they're airing it now in the US, I heard that from Heather..I think it's on BBC One..still not sure but in the UK it was on BBC One 
I'm so glad somebody replied to this thread! 
Edit:: Sorry i just found this..
Robin Hood is not currently airing on BBC AMERICA, but you can download episodes and full seasons on iTunes.

Thanks for the info, my dear! We can actually buy the DVD's...so I am gonna check them out first and then decide if I want to purchase the first two sessions.

well someone bought the first series for me..I'm planning to tell someone to buy the 2nd series for me too. someone who has Amazon's services in their country and since I got the first series, I've watched the whole sries 3 times
Yeah, she'll be killed  I'm sorry this was a spoiler I guess..delete your memory Julie It's not going to ne like the oroginal story i guess..who will be the loved one? i was feeling so bad after i saw she was dead. very bad..

Ooops...maybe I shouldn't have said that....  I totally forget about the spoiler thing.  I actually had just gone to the website and was shocked by reading the synopsis of the seasons. I hope I didn't ruin anything for you, Shayda.
You have watched it 3 times Wow...you must be the Robin Hood Master now. I felt sad too about her dying...even though I hadn't seen the series yet. It totally blew my mind. Ahhh...well. We will just have to see what happens. Maybe she didn't really die? **they could be pulling a Lost thing on us?**
I didn't realize that everyone didn't have access to purchasing things we have here in the States. Online forums have been quite and education for me. It is so easy to forget that movies, etc don't roll out to the whole world at the same time. Silly me for even thinking about it.

nah you didn't spoil anything for me Julie. I knew because i've seen some of thelast episodeds of the 2nd series. Planing to get that too! lots of un-seen episodes in it
I'm not sure if she's coming back..I tried that thought"she's alive and we're just fooled" but I know she's not coming back this time I'm sorry to say that. But I hope I'm wrong

Julie answer this to me, please.
I only know the story of Robin Hood from watching the Disney cartoon...long time ago. I was a total baby and with seeing this series...who is Guy of Gisborn? I know who plays the guy and stuff, but what's his role? he wasn't in the cartoon, was he? I don't think if he was mentioned in the Cartoon?

Let's see if I can remember....
Sir Guy was a nobleman under the reign of King Richard. When Prince John tried to assume the throne while Richard was fighting the Crusades....Sir Guy and the Sheriff of Nottingham were his two top men. They were greedy, cruel and power hungry.
I loved the Disney Robin Hood cartoon! Don't be embarassed...it was and is quite fun. Have you since The Adventures of Robin Hood Movie with Errol Flynn made back in 1938? It is a good film and I still enjoy watching it today.
