Yes, they did.  They also used the actual actors as face models. As for help with the actual game, I didn't find all Luna's belongings before I had to turn the game back in to Blockbuster, but you can go to http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps3/file/936997/49927 for a walkthrough.  (There is also a walkthrough for the X360 version.)
