Maybe it's just because I'm a techie, but I find this article very interesting.

Apparently, OotP is going to be offered as a dvd and downloadable digital format. What this indicates to me is a move that will ultimately take us away from commercial dvds altogether. I want to hear more about this than is evident from this article, though.
This article explains further. Apparently, for a couple of dollars more, you can get more formats IN ADDITION to your physical dvd. This idea is intriquing, but you can't use a regular dvd burner. I may watch this develop before buying my new laptop....

Most of my mates are saying that they didnt enjoy it compared to the other films and i really enjoyed the film even though they missed some big parts, but still i cant wait until the dvd comes out only a couple of weeks to go now

I told my hubby last night that it's hard to beleive the dvd will be out in less than two weeks. (Wasn't it November 11th in the US?) I can't wait to get it! I wanted to see it one more time in the theaters but it disappeared before I had the chance.

I thought the DVD wasn't out til the 12th...but we got our copy last night in Xtravision!  Guess what I did last night?

Thanks for that rach - I'll probably get round to watching it soon! 
I only watched the additional scenes on the bonus features, pretty good, but theres also a day on set with the actress who plys Tonks (sorry, her name has gone right out of my head!) and a feature about how important editing is - I was hoping for bloopers but there wasn't any!

Hey I have a question!?
My dad is in Spain right now, and I was wondering is the DVD out over there or not? I hope he buys that for m cause he hates Harry Potter so much  but first I gotta hope if the DVD's out over there!

Here's a neat little review of the dvd, with a little more info about the extras we will find on the second disc.
I'm looking ofrward to the online content. Hopefully it will be something good.
