Great! I assume it will come out here about the same time. It would be great if one of the deleted scenes could be Ron reading Percy's letter. I love that bit in the book.
Are the scenes going to be incorporated into the film or set up in a separate section?

that is absolutely ridiculous that the Order of the Phoenix dvd is coming out before the Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End dvd. OotP came out about 2 months after AWE, yet the dvd for OotP comes out nearly a month before AWE. and that makes sense how? 
*deep breath*
i've only seen this movie once, which is very odd behavior for me. usually, if i like a movie a lot (obsessively, in the case of Harry Potter), i will see it at least twice in theaters. i'm kind of disappointed, but at least the dvd is soon enough.

I saw it the second time just IN time, since it is now gone from the theater here. I wish the dvd was coming out sooner.

Ok, here's a picture of me in Dubai,a few minutes before I go to see Harry Potter OotP and afew mintes after I bought Harry Potter TDH from Borders along with my little gift!  I got an Owl from borders for buying the last book fo Harry Potter and it was SO sweet for me!

According to mugglenet.com, the release date for the DVDis around December 11th...

Not since LOTR have I been this anxious for the release of a DVD, Mary! (Ok, I'm not QUITE as anxious for this one, but it's pretty close!)
I would have gone to see it again but it slipped out of the theater here before I could get back.

It's still in theaters over here but I don't think I'll have time the coming weeks to go and see it again.
I wonder which edition you are going to get? The normal dvd (1 disk), the HD (also 1 disk I guess) or the Special two disks editions.
I have the special editions of all previous films so I'm definitely going to that. I love all the extra's on a dvd.

I'll go with the two disc set, too, Cristiel. The extras are as much fun as the film! I learned to love that stuff with LOTR now I want it for every film I really enjoy.
Sigh. I've gotten terribly spoiled! LOL
