Elijah's newly announced film!!! And he's the star! Oh man, I really can't wait for this one. I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it.

i'm pretty excited about this one too. the one thing that really didn't sit well with me was the way the movie was described as being like speed. i admit the plot sounded a bit absurd going on that description, but i knew there had to be more to it because of elijah's great track record of choosing compelling movies.
after his interview with entertainment weekly just a day after the film's announcement, i was right.

Hmm... never seen Speed. Would you recommend for me to check it out? It has Keanu Reeves!!
I love the idea of Elijah saying that the script is very "Hitchcock". I think that's a very good thing, coming from an intelligent actor. I can't wait to see what else this film has in store for us.
I wonder who will play the antagonist. I could see David Krumholtz. It would be kind of cool to see him play the villain. 5'6 Vs. 5'6.

david would be a really good choice but i'm more interested in finding out who will play his wife.
speed is a pretty decent action film so don't go in watching it and try to figure out why the comparison was made. i like the better description by elijah as being a like hitchcock film. he was the master of suspense.
