Very short report from the Barcelona screening from Anthony Moody:
"Well, all I can say is that if the audience tonight was any indication, Day Zero definitely plays in Spanish. I can't tell you how many people came up to me afterwards and told me how much they enjoyed it, how it made them think, and how unlike most American films it is (which I gather is a complement...) Good stuff."

Nice news from the barcelona screening, thanks Cristiel!  The better people say it is, the more countries it will go to, I guess! :0

Yeah, I've seen it, twice. I was at the premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Tony Moody's report from the first London screening just came in:
"The first london screening was quite small - I think the theater only had 75 seats. It was more of a large private screening room (it was actually in a private club) than a movie theater per se, though the picture and sound were quite nice, as were the seats It was perhaps 1/2 full, and Q&A was fairly short, though the few people who came up to me afterwards were extremely complementary. Apparently the screening was primarily for holders of a special type of pass, and they tell us that tonight's screening is the "real" screening at the festival, at a regular, much large movie theater. We'll see I guess!
A couple nice folks from Wales said hello - it was so wonderful of them to make the trip to London for the film. "

This is good that it's getting good reviews and means excellent word of mouth this will make sure the film gets a wider release.

Its a shame that screening was so small, and only half full! On the other hand, people were 'extremely complimentary'. Tony Moody was the producer?

Yes, he is.
But the real screening was last night so let's hope the theater was full. I'll post Tony's report on that as soon as it comes in.
