I hope this is a rumor!! Liv is a talented actress, she is more than a pretty face!! She will make new movies soon. For many people she will be always remembered as Elf Princess Arwen.

I read on Lovely Liv Tyler (the previously mentioned site) that she wasn't really quitting her acting career. A lot of people thought that after reading a recent article in "Jane" magazine. I read the particular article and I can see how her words could be misconstrued, which is why the people at LLT made an announcement about it.
I think she was just referring to a sort of fantasy she and her husband have at times. Probably when they're being followed by the paparazzi or sick of Hollywood!

I read that as well -- she was saying something about how they TALK about quitting Hollywood and setting up a B&B or something. But she gave no indication that it was for real!

If she is planning to quit acting, it's her desicion and it's her life. We can not know how to live a life with paparazzi and all that stuff..
But it will be a pity if she quits acting cuz she is really a great talent and my favourite actress!!

Judging from imdb, I'd say she's scaling back on the work somewhat, but has one movie that isn't on DVD yet, and two yet to be made.

Hey all...I thought this might be a good time to re-open this thread.  It looks like Liv is back in the movies again with The Strangers wrapping up (which sounds spooky), Smother in post-production and being signed on for The Hulk.

I have just read about Liv being involved in Hulk... It´s also been said that this time Edward Norton will play Hulk ( I like him so much) so it seems to me a more interesting version than the previous one.

It is so nice to see her back in the swing of things. Although I think it was great she decided to spend the first two years of Milo's life without the hassles of film work.
