Sean's coming to MEX!

I dont know if this has come out before.. but it's just that I'm too excited.
Sean Astin's coming to my city, Monterrey, to talk about his experience of working on LOTR.. they'll sell tickets to be on the conference and get an autograph.. there's also this special ticket that includes a photo with him, which he can sign too.. it costs 'round $40 dlls.. I'm trying hard to get it!!

if this isnt near rose i will tear my hair out take the next flight out to iowa pack rose in to a suitcase and take her there!!!!
how nice that he is going to monterry wherever that is!!!whats he doing there may i ask?

Monterrey's one of the 3 most important cities in Mexico.. and it's.. pretty close to TX.. we're just 3 hours away..
He's coming to a convention.. he's giving a conference about his experience in LOTR... oh and good news! I already have someone to go with.. (didnt want to go by myself..) since my bf didnt want to.. lol he doesn't like that stuff.. 
BTW, this thing is on March 6th..

That is great, Elanor! I am so excited for you!! Please post and tell us all about it! I love reading "meeting Sean" stories!!!
No, Kitty, I am afraid Monterrey,Mexico is a LONG way from Iowa.
Elanor, I lived in Mexico City for a year. But, sadly, I don't remember much since I was only 2 or 3 at the time. I grew up in Nicaragua, El Salvador and Peru, though, so I do speak Spanish. Como estas, Amiga?
