I voted for Legolas. i LOVE him! but it was still a tough choice because i really love Arwen also..

Galadriel smiles too much.
Arwen is the strongest character (morally) in the trilogy besides Frodo.

Woah....didn't see this thread!
Legolas of course! And its not because of his looks...okay that helps.  But I just adored him as a character, he didn't need so many lines to be the focus of my attention. His action spoke louder then his words. He is just brilliant and thank you Peter for giving him all those great stunts to do! Yeeeeee! 
My second is Galadriel, she is just so beautiful and ethereal. Arwen too, but I just adored Galadriel's presence more.

there all great in there own way, like...
legolas is a kick ass fighting elf, and still manages to keep his hair like perfect! and lets face it ob is gorg!
then theres galadriel who is like the ultimate elf queen all shiny and glowing. i love the dress she wears the material is lovely, (thinking about using that kinda thing for my wedding dress when i get married!  )
and arwen, who i voted for! she makes the ultimate sacrifice and gives up her immortality for the man she loves! and her dresses, god theres loads of them, are gorg!
so, like i said, i voted arwen! liv rocks!

It's really hard to decide , but i vote for Arwen , i think she's the most beautiful Elf of the movie. But i also adore Legolas with his bow and arrow.

I have to go wtih Galadriel - both in the stories as well as in the movie. Arwen was not a major character and all she did at the end (in the appedices) was mourn over Aragorn and die. Eh. Galadriel was smart and knowledgable and just...ethereal, especially in the movie. Legolas was okay but he's never been a favourite character of mine in the books.
