OMG! this picture is..very very lovely and he looks os...I can;t find the word..maybe um drunk well sleepy but what's wrong with hii eye?

I don't think he really does except for when and if he is in a movie or show that requires him to change his appearance for a part. Like when he was on "Saturday Night Live" and he was in several skits that required him to put make up on.

that was at mardi gras. word is he was hit in the eye with beads. youch! 
as far as wearing makeup, on an everyday basis or even on occasion, i highly doubt that he does. while filming and doing photo shoots, yes he does.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Elijah doesn't wear makeup for anything except photoshoots and movies, because I read in an old interview that he said he doesn't even wash his face, because the oil in his face does it for him. Lucky.........

Well, guys hormones do tend to be more steady. Girls go through a lot like periods and babies so that cause sink to go nuts! Stress will do it too. For me, my skin only gets blemishes during my period, so ya. (Don't stare at my pictures too much!! lol)

You can get picz of the Shots of Frodo and behind the scenes of the films he does cause you know before every take of the film and stuff.. there are always putting makeup . Even though you don't see it Lol.
