.....does anyone know how he ended up the scar on his left eyebrow? I have noticed that pictures of him at 2005's Mardi Gras have him wearing a plaster and subsequent photo shots have shown a scar...
I was just wondering.... 
.....am very much enjoying this link - love the shots from Green Street....

Yes, I've often wondered how he got that scar.
I know it wasn't from the beads hitting him at the Mardi Gras because he already had the scar before that incident.

i believe the scar came from an injury he sustained during the filming of "Hooligans", but i'm not totally sure.
here's a clue; a picture of him and Dom hanging out in some bar...if you look, it's clear he has the stitches still in:

if someone can work out a date or location for this pic, we'd have a better idea of what he was up to at the time.

The injury to his eyebrow occured during Mardi Gras in February, 2005 when he hit himself in the face with the strings of beads

I nearly wet myself laughing when I read that!!!
I know I shoudln't but is SO something I'd do!!!
Last January I fell down 3 steps in my local pub and being a little worse for wear, used my face to stop myself!!! I woke up in bed the next morning wondering why my face was sore then got the SHOCK OF MY LIFE when I looked in the mirror!!!!!!!!
It was only on texting friends from the pub that they told me what had happened....?!! For a few weeks after that whenever I walked into the pub they would all start singing 'I believe I can fly' by RJ Kelly!!!! Fortunately the bruising and cut only took about 2weeks or so to heal....
It's really nice to know he's human too and can do silly things!!!! Porr bunny, you can see the bruising on his eye on the piccies you've posted!!! Didn't stop him from having fun too!!!!
