I HAVE THAT BOOK!!!!! AND AM HALF WAY THROUGH IT!!! It has already been released in Brisbane cos Sean was here... check it out!!!!
and the best bit!!!!
The pic that looks like a fire station, is actually at Richard Taylors house, and the one with Billy and Dom is at *flips through book*...Alan Lees house, I think, cos there is another pic of Orli and Alli and Billy, and the verandah looks the same....... it is a great book, any fan of Seans will appreciate, cos it is very personal, it is him talking TO his fans about his life, loves, and of course LOTR, and how he thinks and what he thinks about, well, thats how he explained it to us on the weekend anyway!!! 
He does talk about Lij a lot, and explains what he was like with the LADIES in NZ... not saying any more, you all have to read the book!!!!!
