Well, think of it this way. How many of you have looked yourselves up on the internet? But then again, would a modest famous person (like he is) bother to? I voted no thinking that he doesn't visit habitually. I mean, he says he's stumbled across some sites before, possibly including this one. How far he looked into it, we don't know.

I think he has heard of A+F, the website run by Lucy. Possibly. Some fans who met him some years back gave him a book they made and included the A+F website and board. So, I would like to think that he knows.
Anyway, someone was right in saying he doesn't go looking for sites dedicated to him. Although, I personally wouldn't mind him keeping a blog, like some singers do, John Mayer for example.

I voted no as well..but I think he has some post on the A&F boxie  after all the A&F site was one of the bests in 2006, am I right? this site was nominated

In the latest Instant Talk Show he said that a normal day for him includes surfing around on the internet. He's not always busy. Between jobs (movies) he could be having lots of free time. But I wouldn't know for sure.
On an official forum webiste for the TV show Lost, they've invited crew and cast members to register and post there, with their own boards specifically for fan answering and such. And there are cast members who consistently reply to a bunch of fans on a mutual basis, at least between having to film new episodes etc. It's so cool. I wish anything like that could be possible with Elijah. I know some of those other actors are generous with their fans and have the opportunity.

See, that is what I think the drawback is to his "no official website policy". There is no place for that. I almost think a few things would be better with that opportunity. Even Christian Bale (whose more fiercely private than Elijah is) does chats and such once in a while, I think.

I am pretty sure he does surf the net quite a little bit when he has free time and I can imagine him having stumbled across this site in the past. And of course he knows of the award that this site received. But whether he visits it now from time to time, we really can't say, although it would sure be fun.

I think he did visits websites about LOTR when they were working on the promotion of the movies and more involved in events related to the trilogy, but I donīt think he still does that.
He must feel strange reading about himself... I donīt know...
Anyway, I donīt really care so much whether he comes here for a visit or not.

I have to say I voted no....he is too busy to be online much. At least that is what I would think...I do agree that he probably is aware of A&F as many folks from there have met him and gave him things with info on it.
Didn't he say at Orc that he does monitor the LOTR news and rumors?
If he pm-ed me? Well, simply put he wouldn't. And even if I did get a pm from someone claiming to be EW....it wouldn't believe it.
