Simian Records/London Times Interview

Some people on IMDB are saying that this is his record label and that this is the website.

I'd say don't believe it till Elijah himself, has released any information
or plans about his record company. Till then anything else could be treated as speculation.

Yes, I'm with Solskie on this one. Every article talks about him launching the label at the end of the year and Simian has already signed a band. But it's too early to tell, let's wait and see.

I agree with Solskie. I went to website and looked at everything they have to look at.
First of all, the website was started originally in the spring of 2004, long before Elijah's recent announcement, but says the label was established in the summer of 2005.
Second, I noticed this item:
Simian Records est. Summer 2005. We at Simian Records are very excited to announce our Label to the greater music community. When we will launch is yet to be determined, but we're coming. Keep checking this site for further information about our label and our mission. See you soon bitches! Last Updated ( Tuesday, 10 May 2005 )
I don't think Elijah would ever condone a statement like this on any website he was involved with!
The only thing that seems even remotely credible to me is the name "Simian." A monkey is a simian and we know one of Elijah's nicknames was (or may still be) "monkey." But I don't think that comes close to being any kind of proof.
I say: Don't believe anything you see unless it comes directly from the mouth of Elijah or one of his authorized publicists.
