Here are some rumours I've heard. You guys have probably heard them or might have mentioned them throughout this thread, but I didn't read every post. 
Professor Lupin and several other previous characters make an appearance.
Hermione is made prefect.
Ron and Hermione start dating.
We find out why Voldemort killed Lily and James Potter.
Dementors might come back to Hogwarts.
We may see some places that have only been mentioned in previous books, such as the town where Harry's parents lived, Godric's Hollow.
Harry may have to deal with the death of someone close.
Professor Snape may get the job of Defense Against the Dark Arts professor.
Harry, Draco, and Cho Chang will be made captains of their Quidditch teams.
Hagrid may get married.
Sirius may be set free.
The reason that Voldemort wants to kill Harry is because he is the last remaining decendant of Godric Gryffindor.
Harry may finally realize the connection between the name of his parent's house (Godric's Hollow) and Godric Gryffindor.
The "Order of the Phoenix" is a secret organization that Dumbledore founded who are possibly either sworn against Voldemort or an old group of aurors.
Hagrid may be able to use magic in the fifth book (openly with Dumbledore's permission).
Draco and Harry may need to work together for part of the book and have a short-friendship before returning as enemies.
Harry may go and live with Sirius Black after the Dursley's are no longer a safe-haven for Harry.
Harry may have to, once again, try to prove Sirius Black's innocence.
Harry and Ron may have to team up against Voldemort when Hermione finds herself hurt.

Sorry, I know its too late to quote you and bring this up, but I just had to tell you. My sister jumped backed in her seat and said 'Oh my god' really loudly at that part. Some people turned to stare and started laughing at her. We laughed at every part his voice cracked. But then I felt bad. Its not HIS fault his voice is like that.
The kids in the theatre were so mean. They started laughing when Draco fell off his broom and landed on his ass.

ha ha ha! it wasnt quiet one sitting for me but i think i read it over a weekend! like lying in bed for hours straight reading!

da movies r good. (i wuv danny radcliffe!) but they in no way compapre to the greatness of the books. 17 1/2 days to go!
