Yeah, sometimes. I don't always base my decision entirely on the cover, but it is a part of it.

Mine too! Especially my copies of the Hobbit.. Lol, don't even want to go there! Practically falling apart.. 
I don't do it for the books I know I'll like, but often I'll be randomly looking at books that I know nothing about, and if the book jacket is vague, I'll just look at the cover.
