I don't get boys *rolls eyes*

Ok um...where to start ^_^; this is kind of one of those 'ohs nos boy trouble, plz halp me!' threads, (LOL don't mind that in quotations, its what me and my friends say ^^)
so where to begin.. Ok, so I went on this school trip for a week, right? Well, I'm sure everyone has a friend that 'all the boys' like, and sure enough, I do ;| Well, she was also on the bus...Anyhoo, this guy (I'll name him.... 'Frodo'  ) started talking to me, and even if I've known him for years...he just thought it would be nice to talk to me..so we start talking about everything..from pets, even to lotr, lol. I've already had a crush on 'Frodo' before...and I think I'm starting to like him..again. The problem is, I bet he likes the flirty girl, because every other guy does  I guess I need advice on...how to tell if he may like me ..or if theres a chance really .-.;
*shrugs* maybe I'm just a lost cause atm

i have the same problem. and have had the same problem for QUITE a while...yeah. smile and be friendly. i'm trying to get the courage to do that. but schools out so im bummed i won't see him

Keep being friendly with him and keep up the talking! Conversations are always good.  After a while, maybe start a bit of flirting and see if you can see any signs that he's flirting with you back. Wanting to hang out, calling you, smiling and coming up to talk to you, always making a point to say something to you. Ya know, just simple stuff like that, possibly. If you think he might like you then sorta hint around to him about it and see what he says. Who knows, he may like you and you don't even know it.

this may sound corney but hini i know how you feel...kinda one of my best friends flirts with every guy that catches her eye and its just so annoying...but who ever i just start to like she jumps in there snoggin his face off by the end of the day and now its resulted in me (literally) being the only single one, not that i'm not happy for ma group of friends but now theyve all started going out together and ignore me but whenever i get the chance to see them all they talk bout is what they did the day before
sorry now that i have probz bored yous all to sleep
yeah and dominicsdoll has such the right idea you go girl and bag your frodo!

Not every guy likes the popular, flirty girl!! Most of them prefer the normal, down to earth ones, that they really can talk to. I mean whats the point in going out with someone who will flirt with other people when you are with them, doesn't bother talking, or doesn't have a decent personality. To see if 'Frodo' (good choice of name by the way) likes you see if he does things like: Goes out of his way to talk to you, smiles at you a lot, walks into you by accident, tries to get your attention a lot etc. If he does that sort of stuff i'm pretty sure he actually likes you Keep it going like this for couple months, then if you really have feelings for him, open up to him! Hope i helped

Hey, thanks guys
Yeah, I don't understand why guys like my friend who flirts 24/7..she just leads them all on, she doesn't actually like any of them o0;
Heh, I bought RoTK for him for his birthday...my mom says that will get me no where but he says he's going to get me something for my birthday, which is next week...so hey, maybe there is still hope after all :>

Just because all the other guys like your friend dosen't mean that Frodo does! You should be yourdelf with him and give him sweet compliments, that should help lol! hope that I helped you!
