- English: It's really hard to like this year. I have a bad teacher.
- Maths: It's easy, and my teacher is hilarious.
- I.T: Boring.
- History: I really like it. Very interesting, but too much homework.
- Science: OK.
- Food Studies: Pretty cool.
- Peer Support: Awesome. It's just a short course though.
- Art: Best subject ever. I love art.
Later on in the year, I am also doing Ceramics, Painting and School Magazine.

Achk, I dont like school at all, really.
P.E.- Don't like the teacher, dont like most of the people in my class, dont like most of the sports we play. When we finally played soccer, it was indoor with nerf balls 90% of the time, and only outdoor like once. Nobody participated either... Buttheads..
English- Not too bad, but the teacher is a forgetfull ass sometimes. A few of the reports are fun though. I have her for study hall too, which sucks, because I'm always quiet as a mouse and doing my work, but everyone gets points taken away when someone talks, so my grade in there isnt very nice.
Keyboarding- Okay class, the teacher is really cool. I talk to him all period long, so its kinda fun. But sometimes Ill get in a *mood* where I just want to fall asleep, and I dont do my work... Its tedious typing up somebody elses reports out of a textbook about dumb boring subjects.
Drama- Not as fun of a class as it could be. Its really a Drama/Speech class, so we write speeches too. One was 10 minutes long, 'Is democracy for everyone?' Hellish. Hated that. And we dont even do scriptedplays or anything, just improvization and drama games.
Physics- SUCH a hard class. The math is like calculus, and Im in Algebra 1. Its hard to maintain a C. most of the people in the class are 4 years older than me, so I dont think Im doing too terrible for my level. The teacher can be nice, but has a temper, and is impatient.
Geography- The most boring class on the planet. The teacher is about 90 years old, and some of my classmates parents had his as their teacher. We just sit, sleep, and watch educational movies. What makes the class even worse is that it's also sex-ed and drivers-ed and all that health and self esteem stuff mixed in as well. Nobody likes that class...
Algebra 1- Sucks to death. The teacher is annoying, and always tells stories. Stuff about when he was in the Army, how his wife puts food out for him to make dinner, he never stops talking about religion(even though its illegal in public schools like mine), he trys to teach us about imaginary numbers and how somebody made a crystal out of them or something, we've heard about all of his sicknesses, and every concussion hes ever had, he told us the story of him being school mascot, and he told us the story about how a student followed him home from school one day and smashed his car window. Also, if you're still even reading, he told us about 11 times that he never looks at womens boobs when he talks to them. I hate him with a passion, stupid arsehole.
Wow, this post makes me sound pessimistic... Im not really. Just venting a little.

World history: It is hard because there's a lot of homework and projects to do, plus it's not exactly the most interesting. I've got the second highest grade in the class, which is just weird...But I don't really like the class.
Algebra:I love my teacher, but the class. Gah, I have a C in there, which sucks. I just can't remember all of the formulas and how to differenciate between them all. So, I don't like it. That's like my least favorite class to take.
Bible:I've got like a 94% in that class, which is the highest grade of the class. It is hard because of memorizing all of the verses, but it's just a girls class which is good. So, I like that class.
Gym:I hate the fact that we're graded on our physical ability, but we're graded on our intellectual ability in all the other classes. Nonetheless, I hate Gym because you get a grade on how far you can stretch and how fast you can run the mile. I don't know, it just bothers me.
English Lit:LOVE it. I've always loved English.
Earth Science:It's confusing at times, but I have the same teacher as Algebra teaching me this.
Writing: I've got a 99%, which I'm proud of because it's a hard class to take. It has helped me a lot in my writing skills, and I'm really focusing on that since I want to major in English at the moment. So, I like this class.
Chinese:I suck at it. It's like so hard remembering four things for a test, like: sentance structure, it's all flipflopped around; how to draw the character, if you miss just one line off of a character with twelve, it's all wrong; remembering what it means in English; and remembering how to write the Chinese word in Enlglish; as in "ren." There are about eight, well, that's as many as I've been taught, different accents to it. Get the accent mark over the "e" or whatever wrong, and it's all wrong. I hated that class so much because I was one of the two only girls in the class of guys.
Band: The band kind of really sucks. I'm first chair for now, enough said. As they try and figure out what a dotted quarter note means, I'm fixing my tone. It's kind of a win-win situation. Like last year when there was way more Seniors and Juniors in it, I was fourth, which was good too because I was against girls who had played for six years. Setting aside how like no one can play correctly, it's fun. I'm with my best friend, which is always good. The only thing I really hate is tuning and everyone turns to look at you on stage too! I just freeze up, and my tone gets really bad. So, overall, I love band.

changing a little bit the subject
I don't know if in your contries it's like this, but here when we go to the 10th grade you have to choose between 4 areas: -Arts: - Portuguese B - English or french - Descriptive Geometry - Maths - History of art - Philosophy - Attlier - PE
-Language (Here we call it Humanidades, but i don't know what is the correct term in english): - Portuguese A - English - German or French (you have to choose one) - Maths - History - Geography - Philosophy - English/French Translation technics - PE
-Sciences: - Chemistry - Physics -Maths -Science - Chemestry Laboratory technics -Biology laboratory technics -English or french - Philosophy - Portugese B - PE - Economics: - Portugese B - English or french - Economics - Business organization technics - maths - Philosophy - History or Geography - PE -Sport: -(I don't know very well the subjects of this area)
Then in 12th grade there are some alterations
So as you can see it was very difficult for me too choose I was exitating between language an Sciences. I ended choosing Lang. I don't regret it. But there are some students that are always changing, so they are always in 10th grade

Studio Arts - basically art, it's my favourite subject. Shitloads of work, but sooo much fun. I also do after school classes of Life drawing to coincide with this, and because I'm a crap drawer and I want to get better.
Design and Technology - Textiles / sewing etc. Probably second favourite subject, I love sewing and creating things.
English - Generally, i love the subject, but this year my teacher is really crap. We're studying Macbeth at the moment, and there is no discussion about it, or explanations etc. It's just "listen to the tape, then watch the movie of it." Ok girls, time to write an essay.
IT - Boring, but extremly easy. I love IT classes coz I go on the computers to "work" and jump on A&F in the meantime. Then I have to do work at home, but...I just can't be bothered working in class.
Religion, Texts and Traditions - Bible Study, basically. Oh, the curse of going to a Catholic school. Extremley boring, but we only have 2 periods of it per week, and half the time we get to do meditation. Sure, we're meant to think of Jesus whilst we're doing it, but I just go to sleep for an hour. Good times.
Hospitality - Another easy subject, basically I picked it as a last minute thing because my timetable wasn't working, and I had to change a subject. Also because it'll look good on my resume, as it's actually a course that you can do at uni, and all the experience could come in handy if going for a job as a waitress. But it's actually pretty good, and once we start cooking it'll be even better.
French - Detest it. I can deal with some stuff, but all the grammar etc is too much work. I'm dropping it at the end of this semester (just over a month) and I'll be doing Literature instead.

Well I'm in Uni now doing Archaeology and Geography, but in school I did all sorts of things apart from the usual English, maths, chemistry, german etc. I did music, information systems, sociology, media studies, geography, religious studies, and at uni I even did anthropology for a year.
