humm...i had this happen to me before. my mom *hehe* told me that my friend was intimidated by the fact that i couldhave a boyfriend and she didn't. she could be doing in subconsiously so don't just leave her and don't talk, tell her whats on your mind, she might be a little angry at first but then she will forgive you when she finds it in herself to understand that she really does have that problem. hope i helped!

Thanks for all your advice guys...I think you're right, I don't think, she does it intentionally. Ugh. I think I might wait to talk to her until it happens again because she's one of those "overreacting" types. Oh well. Well, I have read all the other comments and I agree. I know it can be hard sometimes so confront a person, especially if they are friends with your other friends and you see them around school a lot. Things like that are tough, I've been in a few situations like that myself. The only advise I can give you is just not to tell her what guys you like. I know it an be hard and the rumour might come out anyway but try no to.

I agree with everybody else. Although it's tough you really need to confront her about something like this. It's obviously upsetting you, and i'm sure if she's a good friend she won't mean to. It's better to have these things out in the open, believe me. Invite her round for a girlie night in, and get her talking about it (girlie night ins never seem to have as much aggressive confrontation, it's less likely for one of you to storm off...)
