I agree with you, Star. But I suppose on the end of that you could say that he wouldn't be as kind and wouldn't as much of a musical genius as he is. BUT I'm not condoning what happened when he was a child.

I don't think so. I think because he wrote songs about universal topics that they stay around. Like They Don't Care About Us (which happens to be what I'm listening to), it's still as relevant today as it was back in 1996, and it would have been relevant in 1986 too.
