Colleen, no worries! I totally understand. It was indeed very silly! And did he do Animal's voice? Oh my gosh! If so, that is so awesome!
You know, college, it being my first year here, keeps me busy. I would, however, really love to get us all back on top of things here!

new updates!
an collection album of some of Josh's songs from each album is being released in the UK. it will be called, simply, "A Collection," and it will include one "new" song from his Chess performance back in May. i can't remember what the song name is right now, but i'll find out and let you know. more than likely, should you guys want to purchase it, this will be available on the jg.com store.

also, Josh was on KOST, a radio station based in L.A., on Wednesday to talk about his upcoming work. he announced that his new studio album will be released in 7-8 months time, which takes us to about May or June. he mentioned about wanting to take more time with this album to tweak it exactly how they want it. i thought it was odd he is shooting for a spring/summer release...he usually does fall releases.
yay!

Okay beautiful album cover, but I am curiousOh as to why it is being released in the UK and not the US. Oh well. I can handle a little more for shipping.
And THANK YOU SOO MUCH for the news on a new album! Ahhhh! Let the count down begin!

I believe it's "Anthem."
Is that cover not to die for?!?!?

Oh it is just beautiful!!! I get a little upset when good musicians do covers. But, I know better with Josh. He is so original, I feel like it won't affect him negatively.
Thank you for the links!

I apologize for the double post, but it has been forever, well over a month, since a post has been made here.
I hope everyone is having a warm, lovely holiday!

so we all utterly fail at life. the last post was nearly a month ago, and i personally haven't posted since the end of October! yeesh.
i am hereby making a New Year's Resolution for all of us to post in this thread more often. spread the Josh love, people!
so why am i posting in here today? what makes today any special? well, nothing really. except that Christmas is officially over (my mom took down all the decorations today). so that means i can officially listen to Josh!
maybe i should explain. i'm a complete nutjob. no, seriously. so much so that i classify my music by season -- that's right, as in the seasons of the year, summer, winter etc. -- and Josh happens to be classified under winter. since the beginning of winter falls during the holidays, only Christmas music can be listened to during that time. but once Christmas is officially over, as it was today, then my winter music collection can begin to be listened to. it's a very strict schedule, and no, it doesn't make any sense. i'm just crazy.
long story short, i listened to Awake for the first time in nearly 9 months. it felt good, and i'm excited to delve into Closer and the debut soon too.
so hooray! it feels good to be back.
