Quote from: HobbitFancier on August 08, 2003, 05:42:28 pm My favorite song would probably be "Best Deceptions", I think. | Me too I love singing along with it as well.. Although "A Plain Morning" comes really close - that song is so pretty.

actually, I really can't stand D.C. it's weird because the music I listen to is often associated with dashboard, but...yeah. I dont know. I'm into emo, and alot of people think Dashboard Confessional when they hear "emo" but I think that couldn't be more wrong. Just me, though. Sadly, they're touring with a band I'd want to see, but I refuse to pay 102948712048707 dollars to go see them in a stadium when I could just go see them at a little club. yeah.

Dashboard Confessional is great. Their music is kind of depressing though.

| Its good music to listen to when your depressed or sad or something. My friend got dumped after goin out with this guy for a year and 2 months and after he dumped her, all she listend to was DC cause she could just relate so well to the lyrics. She is STILL listing to them all the time saying how the songs relate to her, lol.

ok, wow. umm.. sorry if I offended you, but...i never did say d.c. "sucked" because that would be mean. not to mention, as I said before, my taste in music is the kind of thing associated with dashboard. bright eyes, cursive, vendetta red (who is, by the way, touring with d.c....imagine that) things like that. and if you still think I have bad taste in music then i guess we don't have music taste in common. but I'm sorry if I offended you.

I really like Dashboard.. the songs and lyrics are great, and Chris has an amazing voice. Plus, I like the acoustic feel to most of the songs. I actually haven't heard to new album yet, but I love the old stuff. I think perhaps my favorite song is Best Deceptions, but it's really a tough choice. Go DC! Haha. I'm actually angry, because they're in Cleveland tomorrow night, and I can't go.. bah! Oh well.

the first song they released (can't remember the name) gets on my nerves now cuz they overplayed it BIG TIME, but there was a period where i did like it. and their new single "Hands Down" is really cute, i like it a lot!
