ANNOUNCEMENT: Harry Potter Spoiler-Free Zone!!!

Hi,
We've decided to keep A&F a Harry Potter spoiler-free zone for the first month after the release of the final book. This means that it is NOT allowed to post any spoiler on A&F between July 21 and August 21. After August 21, spoilers will be allowed but only with a clear spoiler warning.
People who break the rule during the spoiler-free month, will immediately be banned from the board and will only be allowed to post again as of August 22.
Please note that this rule is not only valid for the book section but will be applied for the whole board.

i'M SORRY BUT i STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT IS A SPOILIER...sorry for the casp  I really don't understand what do you mean?  can someone explain it very clearly for me? do you mean you won't say the ending till August 21st?  Sorry, I'm abit dumb

Spoilers are anything that would spoil the plot or reading enjoyment of others.
For example, say Harry were to die, and you posted something along the lines of, "OH MY GOD, I FREAKED OUT WHEN HARRY GOT KILLED!" that would be a spoiler. It's not just the ending, it's anything in the book, really. People want to be able to read without others ruining the story for them.
This isn't a spoiler by the way, it's an example

Thanks, Cristiel and all the mods, for giving the fans a place to go where they can avoid spoilers. My hubby had the tv on this morning and his news show was ALREADY going to interview someone who had read the book! I had to hurredly change the channel.
It's going to be difficult to avoid the spoilers, I'm afraid, but I'm glad to have ONE place to go to remain ignorant of the plot.

Thank you for this, I am completely avoiding the net from Saturday until I've finished the book. I think it is a good idea to have a complete ban on spoilers for 1 month.

On the other hand, if there are any other odd souls (like me) who want to be prepared without having the whole thing ruined, they can go to snitchseeker.com and click a special button for a link to a special forum.

This all very good and will be respected but I think mods could perhaps state what they want in a bit more nicer tone,it feels like saddam addressing the troops a bit. Not just here other places on this board too.

Thanks for doing this...some like me -who have an idiot friend who keeps asking "please don't finish it and wait till we finish it together- can't finish it very early and ...well I know I was going to leave the forum till I finish it but maryd told me  but I still am afraid to go to the bo0k section...don't ask me for that

I promise the book section is totally save. At least, until August 21. After that, people will have to put up a clear spoiler warning.
