i miss this thread too. 
i'm an '05-'06er! but i think you and i are the only ones, Cam. i think Val and Vero are gone for good, and i don't remember anyone else who posted as frequently.
i just went perusing past pages (ha! alliteration...) of this thread, and posts from 2005, Elizabethtown days  , were still in the 1800 pages. this thread has been so sloooowww recently. crazy. and sad...

On news about Orlando:
he's shooting a movie called "Sympathy for Delicious", where he plays a singer of a rock band! =)
And also, he was on tv trying to raise money to help the Australian folks who lost everthing on the bushfires. He's such a cutie!

lol! i'm still not sure how i feel about it.
i mean i'm sure it's going to be an excellent movie with brilliant acting from Orlando, but his appearance is so unlike anything we've ever seen from him. i guess it just took me by surprise.

LOL! That totally made me think of Orlando doing a L'Oreal commercial. *g*
But yeah, he was a total cutie for being there helping to raise some money for the victims of the bushfires. He could very well simply not be there, since it's not his country and since he was there just for some days to visit his girlfriend, but still he went there. That's the cutest thing ever. <3

As an Aussie myself, I thank Orlando (and all the other celebs and ordinary folks) for doing such a great job to raise money for those poor people!
I already donated money through another charity, but imagine if I'd rung that hotline and got HIM on the phone...!
And yeah, his GF is from here, and he also filmed "Ned Kelly" here, so I guess there's a connection. ...Now I'm clutching huh?

you know, i still haven't seen Ned Kelly. i need to get on that..
and i saw Haven being sold at a local cd/dvd shop for $6. i'm definitely going to get it as soon as i get paid.

Aaaawww, Haven. I still need to see this entire movie. I always got it on paid TV on bits and pieces, and I never saw it selling around here. It seems like an amazing movie, though!

i agree, it does seem like an amazing movie...too bad it didn't get a lot of recognition...maybe i would have seen it before now.
i'm getting nervous for New York, I Love You too. i know Paris, Je t'Aime wasn't released near me until a couple months after the movie came out on dvd (it was one of those cheapo theaters that was showing it then...), so i'm not sure i'll be able to see this one if it goes the same route. that makes me so sad. Paris, Je t'Aimes is one of my favorite movies ever...having Orlando in the sequel is just a bonus for me. i want to see this movie soooo bad!!
