:: Hi all. Yes, I'm still alive and kicking. Just wanted to sincerely apologize for the lack of updates and let you all know that A&F is going to get some new life breathed into it :) So rest assured that A&F is far from being shut down. You'll hopefully start getting regular updates again soon. Thanks for being so patient. (enjoy the new comment box!)

Hello fellow A&F'ers!
All of you know it's been quite some time since an update was done. We are here to let you know that things are in motion to rectify that and announce that changes are forthcoming.
Our dear Lucy is still running the show, but help is needed. Lucy is bogged down with school and every day life, so we have offered to take over duties of updating A&F on a regular basis. This means that at least once a week you will see a new post. Even if there is no apparent activity from Elijah, there is always something to report. We will do our best to keep you up to speed with all events, news and pics.
Over the next few months or so, you will see other changes to A&F. A new look and possibly a whole new feel will brighten up our site. Things may be slow at first or may not work or look right, but please bare with us. We will continue to update and bring the things that are wrong to a right.
Both of us are anxious to get things going and are excited to be helping out.
Brenda is an Administrator on the forum. She's been a member of A&F since January 2004. She's had the pleasure of meeting Elijah twice. Just recently she was invited to the Day Zero premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Deenan accompanies Administrator duties on the forum and has been a member since May 2004. She also has had the fortune of meeting Elijah on two occasions. Once was for her involvement in a petition to find distribution for the film Green Street Hooligans.
If you come across some exciting Elijah news, you can let us know via Deenan@ejwsites.net or Brenda@ejwsites.net
So, that's it in a nutshell. Once the ball gets rolling, you'll be seeing some fun things here. Thanks for sticking with A&F and being the best fans any celebrity can ask for in the world!

Hey people! This is my first post, so I hope I'm doing this right. We promised you some updates, and I'm here to do just that. These are actually "old" news items, but what better way to start.
:: It's been rumored for a long time, now it's confirmed! Elijah will be portraying punk rocker Iggy Pop in the film "The Passenger". It's scheduled to start filming before the end of this year. Click here to read all about it.
:: Just recently, Elijah was in Chile to promote a new fashion museum. Why a fashion museum you ask?
“I received this invitation a couple of months ago and I accepted because the prospect intrigued me,” Elijah said. “Among other reasons, because this is about a space dedicated to clothing, and because this is my first visit to Chile and to Latin America… I think they invited me to attract the young people, because they really understand the aesthetics behind all of this.”
You can find pics from the press conference here. Also, a clip from the conference. (Look for Elijah on the right and click)
:: Cool pics of the Day Zero photo shoot here.
More pics from the Day Zero premiere, after party, press conference, and CW-11 TV.
:: Elijah also attended the premiere for Paris Je t'aime in NYC. Pics are here.
:: AND.... Elijah seems to like spiders. Ick!
:: Last, but not least, probably the best news I've heard in a long time, is that Elijah is now a movie producer. Soon, he'll be teaming with Anthony Moody, producer of Day Zero, to bring the novel "Black Wings Has My Angel" to the big screen. There is no scheduled start time or casting info as of yet.
That's all... for now.

Hi everyone! We've got a new update for you today:
:: We received a great review for Day Zero: "Wood, never one to shy away from a gamble, takes a big one by playing a man being lured into insanity’s web. Let’s just say you’ve never seen Frodo go quite so loco." and "There is a lot of edge and balls to Day Zero, a film that I was lucky enough to catch at Tribeca Film Festival and that does not yet have a distributor (although that is likely to change with its impending buzz). This is not a watered-down, pandering take on what would happen if the young men we know were drafted--it aims right for the jugular. And hits it, hard." You can read the complete review here. – Thanks Lexi Feinberg for sending us the link to your review.
:: More pics have been added for the premiere of Paris je't aime.
:: Elijah was at the launch of the EP of Heloise and the Savoir Faire, a band he signed up with his record label. A pic can be seen here. Thanks Karin!
:: For those of you in the States who didn't get to see Elijah on The Graham Norton Show, you can see it at BBC America on June 2nd, 3rd and 9th. Check your local listings for times.
:: If you were lucky enough to have seen Day Zero at the Tribeca Film Festival, you can write a review and rate the movie at the New York Times. You will have to register though.
:: A small clip of Elijah in Day Zero. (No spoilers)

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Memorial holiday weekend. Are you ready for some more news?
:: Variety reports that The Oxford Murders has been picked up in the UK for distribution by Odeon Sky Filmworks. You can read about it here. The director Alex de la Iglesia wrote that editing is going well for the film and has completed about one hour and forty minutes of footage.
:: Little brother Lij joined big brother Zach in Austin Texas over this holiday weekend by co-DJ'ing at The Firehouse Lounge. There is a poster of the event and a couple of pics of the brothers here and here and an older photo of Elijah with the staff. Thanks to Plaidpjs for the information and Annwyn for the pics.
:: Silvermere says that MTV2 302 in the UK will have Elijah as a guest on Thursday, June 14th where he'll be showcasing his favorite videos. The program will run an hour, so get your VCR's and TIVO's ready! Hopefully it'll show in other countries. We'll keep you posted as the date draws nearer.
:: Here are some super high res photos of Elijah from the Chile press conference. Thanks Bunnie!
:: Some may not have seen a behind the scenes making of The Good Son. You can go back in time to see young Elijah on You Tube. Part 1 Part 2. Many thanks to Chloe and Angelwood.
:: For your reading enjoyment, there are some new scans from Q and Nylon Magazines along with pics here. A small photo scan I've never seen.
:: Check out some "old" new photoshoots here and here.
:: We said that some changes were coming and they have. It's a little tedious and still a lot to do, but we've updated the Interview and Filmography sections. Also, check out the new Sketches, Graphics, Avatars and Wallpapers.
