:: Elijah is back on home soil after eight weeks in Spain filming Grand Piano. Shooting is currently taking place in Chicago but he had time to stop in L.A. last week to attend Cinefamily's screening and Q&A for Maniac. Here are a few photos. [1] [2] [3]

:: I've got a short update this time but it's got some great things in it.

:: Pretty sure we all know by now that Elijah has signed on for a new film. He will be portraying journalist Ken Baker based on his book Man Made: A Memoir Of My Body. The film will be titled Late Bloomer which will be directed by Wilfred's Randall Einhorn. You can read an account from Baker here.

:: In the same day as the new film announcement came, The Woodshed Horror Company also made headlines as Elijah's new film production venture which already has lots of projects slated, one being a 20 day horror festival, Nightmare City. You can follow The Woodshed on Twitter and Facebook. Congrats Elijah and good luck!

:: Still in Spain filming Grand Piano, Elijah was at the Sitges Film Festival last weekend where he not only presented his highly acclaimed film Maniac but was also honored with the Time Machine Award for his lifetime achievement in films. Here are photos from the event as well as a video.

:: Another video has surfaced during Elijah's shoot with Status Magazine.
