Oh. My. God.

Wicked was absolutely AMAZING. With a capital AMAZING. I'm still in shock. I cried after Defying Gravity and at the end when Glinda was talking in her bubble...so sad.

Yeah, Shoshana was really good...in my opinion, she was trying too hard NOT to be Idina, to the point where it seemed kind of unnatural. Then again, what do I know? Megan (Glinda) was by FAR my favorite! She was awesome.

Guess what!! I MET SHOSHANA BEAN AND MEGAN HILTY!!! *excessive exclamation points* Words cannot express my giddyness. And I got their autographs! Megan was a lot friendlier than Shoshana...I got a hug from her (Megan)...God, I'm in shock. Shoshana kind of signed stuff then scooted off. Megan stayed around and talked and stuff. Gah!

And David Ayers is hot.

I'm still in awe. And I'm quitting one of my jobs tomorrow, because they're stupid and keep scheduling me for when they know I have work at my other job. This is the 3rd time that it's happened and I keep having to tell them...it's not worth the aggravation, and plus I'll have weekends free. Yay.

I have bad sunburn and it itches like crazy!!! It's all peeling.

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself, Beth! I've seen it with Shoshana, but not with Megan Hilty. When I saw it with Shoshana it was right after Idina left, so Jennifer Laura Thompson was in it. (She's the coolest.)

Did you get pictures with Megan or Shoshana? I have pictures with Idina and Jennifer. (JLT is so nice.) I'll have to dig them up.

Blippity blip blip.

Glad you had fun at Disney World, Maggie. I love Disney World, because you can't grow out of it. I used to go there with my dad all the time.

We're going August 2nd. Yay! We're staying at the Treasure Island...because I have a thing for Pirates. I'm really pretty sure that I was a pirate in a past life.

3 days!! I ordered mine from B&N already, for $15.99. (Have I mentioned that the Barnes & Noble membership is the greatest thing ever? 20% off everything + sometimes 15% coupons + coupons for free Starbucks = I love it.)

I might not get to read HP right away, because I have this 1000 page book to read about the history of hair styling for beauty school WHICH I HAVEN'T STARTED. Damn my slacker attitude.

The rumor is that Dumbledore dies. There was a snippet in Newsweek that said that a huge number of bets that Dumbledore is the one that dies came from the town where the book is published, so they think there was some sort of info leak. I hope it's not Dumbledore...I still haven't gotten over Sirius dying.

I baaaacckk!! Whee. Didya miss me? Lol.

New Zealand was amazing beyond words.. it was everything I'd hoped it'd be, and then some! The country is a beautiful as a postcard, even on cold and rainy days. And the people are so nice! I'll tell more about it later, though, as I'm tired now.

Sooo.. who has their brand shiny new copy of HP? *bounce.* I do! I got a copy in NZ the day (actually the exact minute) it came out. Me and this other kid from the tour staked out a bookstore in Queenstown and were there for the release. Haha. Good times. I'm only about halfway through it, though.. got a lot of reading to do!

MANDA! Hey! I'm glad you had fun in NZ. I can't wait to hear more about your trip.

Soooo your copy of HP...since you bought it in New Zealand is it the British release? Because the American versions are usually fairly Americanized as far as spelling and everything, right? Or maybe not.

Lalala. Matt and I went to San Diego. It's was fun. We went to the zoo. Haha.

Oooh, the zoo? Cool. I haven't been to a zoo for ages. There was talk of going to the Cleveland zoo after Prom this past year, but the weather and low amounts of enthusiasm evidently changed our minds. Oh well.

I want to tell everybody all about NZ, but I'm not sure how to start! Lol, there's so much to tell! I think maybe I'll write about it or something when I've got a free day. Anything you're particularly wondering about though? Haha.

And yup, I did indeed get the British version of HBP. I have the American version too, though, so maybe I'll need to read that now and see if there are any major differences. My guess is there really won't be.. they still use "snogging" in the American versions, afterall. Lol.

But.. what did you guyes think of the book?? Meep. I loved it. I'm thinking of rereading it very soon.

Yeah, we totally went to a show about Sea Lions. It was pretty awesome. The San Diego zoo is huge, and we got really bored of walking around really fast.

I think you should just type up a big ol' overview of the trip. Yipee. Although, Matt wants to know if you caught the fantastic All Blacks victory over the Lions. (His words, not mine.) Although, I DID see it. It ran from 1-3am here.

Ok, you are all going to hate me, but I'm only on chapter 15. I spend all my time with Matt. He's just to cute to resist.

Sea lions.. sweet. I always liked them.

Yeah, I guess a big ol' overview would work. Next week I'll write it up - I absolutely haven't the time right now! I'm still quite busy. It feels like I've been home a lot longer than 6 days.. Hmm.

And you can tell Matt that I did indeed see the "fantastic All Blacks victory over the Lions." The day we got there was the night of the "second trial". Lol, so we watched that, and I decided that rugby is so cool! And so we watched the third game the next weekend (or rather.. I did - my mom didn't get into it much). It was cool; I was feelin' the NZ pride. There were seriously tons of British/Irish supporters in town for it, though - they were everywhere!

Tsk tsk, chapter 15? Haha, I forgive you. If I had a cute Kiwi of my very own, I wouldn't be able to resist him, either. I'll be sure not to mention any spoilers around here then.

Whee, I'm going to see the LotR symphony tonight. I can't wait. I saw it last year, with Shore conducting, and it was amazing. This year, although Shore won't be there, it should be even better! We've got really great seats, and Billy Boyd's gonna be there to sing! *Dance.* We also get to go to this reception afterwards and *hopefully* meet Billeh! Yay.

I suspected it before the book even came out. It's sad. Poor Harry.

Thanks, Beth. Yay!

Oh yeah! I totally forgot about the symphony! How could I? Lol. Well, it was awesome! It was in Pittsburgh at Heinz Hall (Kasey and I drove ourselves and didn't get lost! *Dance.*).

The symphony itself went wonderfully; everything sounded great. And Billy.. whoa, he was good. Sounded exactly like he does on the RotK soundtrack.

And afterwards, we went downstairs for the after-concert reception thing. And we met Billy!! He was so nice, talking to everybody, signing stuff, taking pictures, etc. And he's so tiny! Definitely hobbit-sized. Heehee. It was a great night.
