Hey ho, everyone! Maryd nice to have a new comer to our random ramblings! I live in the country too...so I am very sympathetic. I hate to admit it...but I am a chatterbox too. 
Sorry that I haven't been on lately...been busy with my little nephews. This is my last week of taking care of them...so then I probably will be popping on a bit more often. YAHOO that Vern is done with exams!!! Now if we could only get her doctors to give her those MRI results.  Speaking of which...is there anyway you can contact those doctors? They must have read the MRI by now. 
My mom is turning 75 on Thursday!  Holy smokes!!! I just can't believe it! She laughs and jokes about being a real senior citizen now.
Sooooo..what's everyone up to these days?

How many nephews do you have, Culpie? You're lucky, my best friend became an aunt last year and I really want some nieces or nephews...but my sisters are only 15 and 11 so not for a while yet!! 
Are you all going anywhere nice for the summer? can't wait til August - we're going camping through Scotland, England, wales and Ireland! I love camping so much! But I don't really want to spend 2 weeks off this forum!

O how cool, Maryd!!! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to go to Ireland, Wales and Scotland!!! And it sounds like you are really going to see a lot of it by tenting! How absolutely fun!
I currently have 8 nephews and 3 nieces and it really is quite fun! Gosh, if you siblings are 15 and 11 I guess you will have to wait a "leetle" bit longer for nephews and nieces.
Well...I am not doing anything major this summer, but probably will get together with my family and children to do some camping in my state (it is pretty big and has some lovely spots). However, I will be going to Mexico with my company in the fall. Never been...and am really looking forward to it...especially since I don't have to pay.
Vern - "potty" is slang for the toilet. So we have an expression over here called a "potty mouth"....meaning a dirty mouth. "Potty mouth" is usually used in a joking and lighthearted manner to tease friends, coworkers or family who swear or cuss. So basically...I am just teasing you. 
I am soooooo glad you finally got your MRI results! Goodness, they certainly made you wait long enough.
ARGH! I am still not getting any notifications on the threads....it is going to drive me nutty.

Yeah..I hate waiting too long and I always have to do that
Anyways I had a drwam last night...Sean Astin wanted to Marry me and I said "NO"!...everyone was mad at me because they knew he was a great person and well I don't like him at all but he was so strong to marry me and I refused everytime..people were so mad at me

I never got on with my mum while living at home although since moving out I find I get on better with her. I have always got on with my dad.
