This might be kind of personal but, have you ever had a friend the same age as you pass away? One of my best friends died when I was in the eighth grade, it was horrible. It was my first real experience with death.

Not me. But my ex Gabriel's friend got killed about a month ago in Boston. He was chasing a shoplifter outside of the CVS where he worked and the guy killed him.
Gabriel and him grew up together and they were best friends
