So sorry to seemingly just come here and rant nowadays but you guys have the best advice!!. 
my neighbour the one who stomps on the celiing well she doesnt seem happy unless shes upset with someone. yesterday im angry because dirty water from her washing machine drizzled down into my flat going into the electrical wires for the electric. theres still dirty water on the walls left over. she sends her boyfriend to sort it out she hasnt said one word about it to me at all. when I ask to speak to her the boyfriend appears. he said it wad the vent thing. im just so pissed off at her lack of regard for anybody. she still stomps on the ceiilng waking me up and its hard to sleep still. im sooo fed up with it. im hoping to move to be nearer to my mom but have to rely on social services and council as I cannot find any way to raise 2 months rert which private landlords seem to be requiring these days, ive tried several charties but dont seem to be in their durastriction also the cuncil wont pay as they see it as just me wanting to move maybe it will help when my lease is up in 8 weeks. Im wondering if I should write a letter to her.

Aww it's a shame you aren't getting on still. I hope you can find a place nearer your mom, if you can't I hope you resolve this with your nwighbour. Maybe you could try to speak again when the boyf is NOT around

wow thats bad, speaking to her would be a good idea, sometimes a letter helps if your careful how you word it. hope things work out hon!
