I vote No as after seeing how it is done and how it affects the woman and what the dead foetus look like I think it is awful and so sad

I voted depends.
If it's my own fault, having unprotected sex, I would prolly take a morning after pill and if I were too late, I'd just deal with it.
But if I were raped I would prolly get an abortion, because how can I love a child I wouldn't want in the first place and reminds me of a trauma... I mean I don't think I could love it like I would if I loved the father.
I must say, the video doesn't freak me out at all...

This one should
If I was raped I would take the morning after pill or if too late I would keep it after all it isn't the childs fault so why kill it. Of course it would mean I would suffer the consequences of my actions

I don't see it as killing, because it isn't a child yet, it's only a foetus
I can't see the vid yet, gotta be 18...

I thought it was 14, oh well prob best you dont, a foetus too many people who are against abortion is a living breathing child, it has a heartbeat..

Hmm well, I don't see it as killing... it can't live on it's own, it needs a mother, I mean... when you've had the most terrible accident and couldn't breath on your own and stuff, I wouldn't wanna live either, I'd just want them to pull the plug, so it's the same to me. The sooner the better in the abortion case

i said depends. if i felt i was ready to be a mother or not, i know i couldn't give a child up for adoption but i think if i felt like i wasn't going to be able to provide for the child like i should or if i was going to resent it at all i would. for me the whole argument seems a bit like saying you're killing a child if you don't have sex to conceive one. i don't quite know how to articulate it but whatever.

I said depends.
The morning after pill would always be preferable, but it can't always be caught in time.
If I was raped, I would have an abortion.
If the life of the baby, or my life was in danger from being pregnant or there was a risk one or both of us wouldn't survive the birth, then I would have an abortion. I would rather be alive than risk leaving a baby in the world without it's Mother.
If I wasn't ready, it would be a difficult choice, but I would probably have an abortion. If I could not support a child financially or I'm not mentally ready to cope with having a child I don't think that would be fair on the baby. Neither would giving it up for adoption for me. After carrying a child for 9 months, giving birth, and holding it, I don't think I would be able to just hand it over to some strangers who may or may not be better parents than I would be.
If I fell pregnant now, then I would abort. I have no income other than student loan. I live in rented accomodation with 3 others and I have yet to finish my degree. If I had a baby, I would have to drop out of university, not finish my degree, and so therefore not get the job I am hoping for, and so have a significantly lower salary. I'm just not ready, so I would rather abort than put all that on hold for another 5 years. Selfish? Maybe. But I am doing this so that I can have a happy, comfortable family life in the future when I am ready for a child.

I work as an Obstetrician at a public hospital; we donīt practice abortions at my hospital but send women who want one to special clinics where they are attended. This is because of the law, not because we are against or in favor. I believe in women right to decide.
