I've got a question for you guys.

Okay, so I'm writing this story, and the main character needs to have a job that will let her travel to Italy. I thought of a great one, but i didn't write it down and now i forget. So, if any of you guys know of cool, unboring jobs that let you travel, could you post them here? Thanks

-What about someone who will work as a tourist guide.
-Someone who got a new job in one of the fashion designer places like in Rome or Milano. Very trendy
-someone who is will start work as a restauateur for one of the many old churches and palaces eg in Venice or Florence.
- someone in the winetrade who travels to the Chianti region
-someone in the food trade

^^Restaurant critic is a good one - I'd love to have a job like that.
Also tourism, or if she's a journalist she might be interviewing someone who lives in Italy. Those are all great suggestions though.

An airline stewardess would travel a lot. As would someone working on a cruise ship. I don't think anyone's mentioned either of those yet, so there ya go!

Great suggestions everyone!! Really good!  I don't have any (more) suggestions at the moment but I just wanted to say how much I like all of your suggestions.

oh...i know a good one....if you want to be a bit seedy.
she could be the inside girl to a drug smuggling cartel. going to different countries, checking out potential buyers and suppliers.
