Well I was driving home today and looked at the lovely place where I live and decided I'm going to take a photo of it becasue it so reminds me of Hobbiton... The woods, fields and the mountains..the river that runs near to my house.. yes it's my Hobbiton. I just don't know how to post it. BUT .. if anyone else can post their photos of the place they feel is their special Hoobiton... well let's see.. I'm so anxious. And I'll try to figure out how to post mine from my computer.

Would you consider an apartment living in Bree?

I used to live in a hobbiton, but in the emotional sense rather than physical. Then I moved here. It's sorta... yeah, like Bree. But I get to go back to hobbiton this summer!

Actually, come to think of it, I used to live in Rivendell. Infact yes I can post pictures of my Rivendell.
Since my house was so close up on the mountains, this hike was just a walk down the street a ways and up into a hiking trail. Every time I passed around this river when we hiked I played the song in the Two Towers soundtrack where Arwen leaves Rivendell with the other elves during the night and it's just beautiful. So fitting.

And here's the East view that was just outside the front door.

And the West view you could see at the back of the house, which was always gorgeous in the sunset.

I used to live in a small hamlet ( about 80 inhabitants) in the Peak National Park in Derbyshire/England. We used to go on walks for miles down the river Wye. Its so beautiful there.

Lol... same here. I also once lived in Hobbiton... now I am definitely living in Issengard, or maybe Mordor. Though, it has some good points, I think.

You all live in really beautiful places... you are so lucky girls!!!
These are mine. They all belong to the place where I live in the South of Spain. I hope you will like them...
This is the old area of the city; it could be Bree...

These are the mountains which surround the city. In Winter, they could be the Karadras...

And in Spring; I think they look a lot like The Shire...

And this is the most typical monument in my city... it could be like Edoras...
