Hey,
Does anyone else watch this..I do but I find that when it gets to the point where the winners have been chosen and they perform in front of audience it gets boring..I prefer the auditions
What do you think of this new thing they have said that 14 and 15 yr olds can audition..not sure myself

Hey! I'm a devoted fan of the auditions, but I'd have to agree...usually when it gets to the actual live shows I start watching Strictly Come Dancing instead.
About the age-limit...I think some people of 14 are mature enough to enter. But I'm not sure if they have as much of a chance of winning as someone with a well-trained and developed voice, which a 14 year old wouldn't have. And, as we've seen from the auditions, some 14 year olds certainly couldn't cope with losing!

I think there's only one week of auditions left...what a shame, they seemed to go so fast this year. What d'you think of Dannii Minogue?

No, I think she's Ok. She doesn't seem to say as much as the others though. I like Louis best!

Anyone still watching this, it's up to the stage where they pick their people and then it'sll be the live acts for the audience to vote..

I didn't catch it last night (Strictly started! ) but its repeated on an Irish channel this afternoon....I think I have my favourites picked already, but its too early to tell.
I think Louis's crowd got a raw deal - Simon took his lot to Spain, Sharon to LA, Dannii to Ibiza and Louis went to Dublin?!

This may seem like a stupid question, but what is this show? It's something with dancing, right? I am usually addicted to shows like that, it sounds really cool!

kathi - the X Factor is a basically a singing contest - it has 4 judges who hold auditions across the UK and ordinary people come and try out. Then there's a series of live shows where the indiviual performers and groups that got through to the final stages perform, and people can ring in and vote for their favourites. Every week, the performer or group with the lowest number of votes leaves the competition. At the end, the winner usually gets the Uk Christmas number 1.

I was annoyed cos all the younger ones didnt get through, thought that was unfair on them putting them through the auditions and to pick them then sending them home.
