 of course!!! :D :D its the best ever!! i am a huge fan of all of the red curtain trilogy, for those of you who dont know they are director baz luhrman's three "red curtain" movies, strictly ballroom, william shakespeare's romeo + juliet, and moulin rouge, but moulin rouge is one of my top movies ever!

Omg! i absolutly love that movie!! Next to LOTR its my favorite movie! i heard Lijah tried to get the roll of Christian...... is that true??? I love the songs in that movie (specially Come What May) ill start singin them to myself sometimes when im just walkin around! lol   I'm wanna be a singer dancer or an actress (something in the liberal arts area) and ever since ive seen that movie i've always wished i coulda done something like that!! bc it has singing and dancing (and acting of couse, hehehe)

OH ME ME ME!! I LOOOVVVEEE THAT MOVIE!!
I also heard Lij tried out, but you know, sorry to say, Im glad Ewan got it....he's had the number one spot in my heart for a long time now though...but I love the movie, I love Christian singing "Your Song" *sigh* I havnt watched it in so long *puts it on*

Yea i agree with ya there, RandomHobbit32, i am glad Ewan got the part! I love the way he sings!! and he just fits that part so well! like him and Nicole just look so cute together! lol plus if Elijah did get that part who knows he might not have done LOTR!! which would be terrible!!*starts to cry* i just dont know if i could handle Lijah not bein Frodo hehehe

yep. I love Moulin Rouge. One of my all time fav's.
Its definatley the best out of the red curtain trilogy, but ballroom and r+j were good too, just not as good.

i loved moulin rouge! i was obsessed with it for a while! and...ohhhhhhh.....yum to Ewan! he's got such and awesome voice! and dont forget the smile!!

sorry guys, but i hate it!! :-[
i saw 15 minuits (in the middle) n then i refused(?) to watch it any more!
but no1 else wanted to see either, so it was ok..
but i just can't stand it! it is terrible!
lol, sorry, hope you won't hate me for saying this :P

lol we dont hate you..... but i have to tell you yea if u only do watch 15 minutes in the middle of course your gunna hate it bc you dont know the story and you miss a lot of the good parts! lol im not sayin if you do watch it you'll deffinatly like it but who knows!....... we still no u have pretty good taste bc even if you dont like Moulin Rouge, u still picked Elijah to like! hehehe

I absolutely loved it! I love musicals i blame my mum makin me watch the sound of music @ a v young age! I want 2 buy the moulin rouge soundtrack but I never have enough money!

I like it too
Ewan was so lush in it... so very very lush. And actually had a fairly good voice too! Nicole was beautiful.
The songs were great. I love singing along with them. They're some of my all time fave oldie songs and omg, just beautiful. "Your song" = beautiful.

Its so romantic and Ewan Mcgregor is canny hot in that movie.
