I love it when the movie people decide to portray them as real wolves instead of those nasty, hairy, snarly beasty people that they sometimes do, like half-man half-wolf. Those are so dumb-looking.

Make you wonder what they're gonna do about...erm...that guy...in the HP books...erm...shouldn't...er...

SPOILER FOR HARRY POTTER

Makes you wonder what they're gonna do about Lupin, eh?  How he's gonna transform and all that.  It had better be good.

END SPOILER

I don't think anyone ever answered my initial question about this movie:  they guy - Mr. Soggybottom? - that was Danny Devito's clown dude (the short dark man)...wasn't he Frodo's scale double?  Did no one else watch him in the LOTR documentaries?  Ah well.

Brett Beatty? I think that's how you spell it...
I didn't notice -- I'll have to look that up. Anyway, that's the guy who was Frodo's scale double.

SPOILER

OMG, I didn't even THINK about Lupin!! Eep -- I hope they don't screw him up!

END SPOILER

EDIT:
fixed the damn typo....
*groan*
(Just scroll down.)

Ah okay.  That makes more sense.  I was wondering if you were just anti-Lu anti-that character.

This movie was good!  I should go see it again.  Not really doing anything else this weekend...not yet, anyway.

Yeah, yeah -- that's what I heard too. Have you ever seen the movie "My Giant" with Billy Crystal? It addresses that issue pretty closely. The movie was fairly sub-par, but the main guy -- the giant -- was wonderful. I wanted to cry at the end of it!

Was that the movie with the giant wrestler?

There was a scene where he did a wrestling match type thing, but that wasn't the focus of the movie. I bet you're thinking of Andre the Giant -- who plays Fezzik in "The Princess Bride." Hang on, I'll try to find this one on IMDB for you.....

EDIT:

Here it is -- http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120765/

I thought the ending was really sweet. Sort of tragic, but not really sad -- it was surprisingly uplifting for an ending like that. I really liked it.

And king's lass, can I just say that avatar is hilarious? I love it!

I have seen that movie, Rhoda. I don't remember it too well, but I know I've seen it.

I had to look at it for a second to realize why people like it...

There's Waldo!  Finally.  That bastard owes me $20.

The ending of this movie was awesome.  It really was an unexpected end.  It was so sweet, too.

I love the wheelchair part.  Ahahahahahaa.
