Omg..this is weird, why haven't I seen this thread before? now is this really the frist time I'm posting on this thread? Oh, definetly..I haven't vote before

I voted for Ron. Harry is fine, but as a mom, there are times when I want to grab him and say, "Listen to people who know MORE than you! People are risking their lives to keep you safe. DON'T make their jobs harder or your stubbornness could cost them their lives!"

nah! I disagree! If it wasn't for Harry then everyone was dead! especially the weasleys!! Arthur, Ginny and Ron would die if it wasn't for him so it's a bit unfair to think like that about Harry..of course no offence!

Of course no offense. Everyone has their own opinion and that's the way it should be.
Yes, the Weasley's ARE alive because of Harry, but that doesn't make up for the fact that Harry doesn't listen to good advice. If he had, Sirius would still be alive. Harry NEEDED to learn Occulmency, but he was determined not to because Snape was his teacher.
Just a difference of opinion. I LIKE Harry, don't get me wrong, and Dan seems to be a very nice young man, but Harry DOES frustrate me at times.

I voted Ron....I think Harry is brave but it comes naturally to him, whereas Ron has to try harder for everything that comes easily to Harry, and I just love his character - Ron can be funny, interesting and lovable.

Very good point! I've always said I liked Sam partly because he struggles with things. You've made me realize that I feel the same way about Ron. I think I admire people who struggle with their heroism more than people to whom it comes too easily. I love when they are victoious over their own fears!

I couldn't agree more! That's also why I voted Ron at the time, now I would have voted Neville, because he is even more in that kind of situation. He has lost his parents in a very cruel way, he was always the underdog and the loser, but if you see what he did in the last book! He became this really brave, heroic adult! Neville all the way!
ps the family tree is really interesting, when you read the last book you can't but wonder what happened to all teh characters
