It was very unobservant of me but when i saw the film i didnt notice that the castle was different. i realised there was a different atmosphere to the film but i never actually said to myself "oh, the castle's changed" it was only after my friend said something to me about it that i realised why the film had seemed different.
I did notice that they no longer wore cloaks and robes though. This didn't seem right to me as it didn't feel like Hogwarts without the uniform they used to have

I know exactly what you mean! And when they did decide to have them wearing cloaks they were different! The insides of their hoods were their house colours!
P.S. By the way Emwyn, am i the friend?

OMG--My friend found this parody of the movie. It's HILARIOUS! I'll post the link. You guys should read it, I was cracking up. (That's an understatement!)
PARODY
Seriously, read it. It takes about 15 or 20 minutes, but it's worth every minute. Trust me.
Oh, keep in mind: I do not know who wrote it. My friend found it somewhere on Google. I do not know "Cleolinda". And I guess "The Lovely Emily" is her friend.

Does anybody happen to have a picture of Professor Snape in a dress? Ya know, from the boggart? Or know of anywhere that I might be able to find it? Google just ain't cuttin' it. I have a plan for this picture...*laughs maniacally* Yeah...if anybody can help, I'll love you forever.

Really? When I went to see it me and my mates kept pointing out all the changes, and how blatantly different it was
| I know, it was pretty silly of me I noticed all the other things they got wrong, just not that one strangely

Ahahhaha, the Snape in a dress pictures! Woot! He's a sexy beast.
I saw it again today! Oldman is growing on me as Sirius. I think he does an okay job. Even Thewlis was alright, really. Couldn't stop lookin' in the background for fun stuff; but I didn't see any. Ah well.

at the moment when they are looking for the fat lady, all of the pupils are gatherring in the stairs, behind Dumbledore. And behind them, if you look to the paints, you can see a knight, in armour, jumping from paints to paints, that is Sir Cadogen (but he said nothing... )

I saw it again on Saturday night! Whee, I liked it even more this time, I think. Though, the lack of explanation about the Maruader's Map/Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, Prongs was a little more pronounced and bothered me more. Ah, oh well. Can't have everything, I suppose.
Oh, and since I was looking out for him, I actually noticed Sir Cadogan a number of times lurking in background pictures in different scenes here and there. I don't remember exact instances (except when the Fat Lady is attacked), but there were a couple!
I love Oldman as Sirius. The only complaint I have about him is that he's so little! And Thewlis is so tall, they look silly alongside each other. But I suppose if that's my biggest complaint, it's not all that bad, eh? Lol.

Yeah, Sir Cadogan kind of jumps around a lot of the time. It's too bad they didn't let him stay at the portrait for a while - that would've been funny.
Thewlis is taller than Oldman? I barely even noticed. I wonder about the Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs thing - if they're even going to work that into later movies. Cause why else would they show that? I dunno.
Might go see it a fourth time if the fancy strikes me. Not for a while though.
