Alan Rickman maybe be old....
He may be nearing 60...
He may play a lot of the same characters...
...
But DAMN is he attractive. That voice...WOW.
Anyone else think so? Feel free to post pictures. I won't mind.
I searched for a thread of Alan Rickman and didn't find one so I made one. If I didn't look hard enough, sorry.

Not to worry -- this is the first one! I'm not really attracted to him personally, but he is a fantastic actor. The voice is what makes it. *wow* And he has this perfect dry humour -- it seems very British, but I love it!

I think he's great. He has that certain - well something that just does it.
And of course, a brilliant actor to boot.

Found a picture! Yay!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes him! I like him as an actor as well...but there is also something about him that's alluring. It's probably that voice...with something else.

Yeah, I saw Sense and Sensibility too. I think that's when it started for me. Poor Colonel Brandon...what a sweetheart.
That sounds incredibly gushy for me. I'm not normally a romantic, but he was terrific in that movie. And he makes a really wonderfully greasy Snape. I can't believe he's almost 60. Oh well, who cares? I seem to have a thing for old men...not a "sexual" thing necessarily, just...old men are terrific; they really amuse and interest me.

Yeah, young guys are cool too...but sometimes I feel lecherous thinking someone is good-looking if they're more than five years younger than me...and then I feel sad that I can say 'five years younger' cause that makes me feel old...don't ask how old I am. I don't like to say.
I'm SO excited to see him as Snape. I saw him in Love Actually and...yay!
Orson Wells kind of scared me. I don't know why. Maybe I'm easily scared. He was very intense-looking.
Mmm...just two more pictures:

Sorry...couldn't help it. They're from Sense and Sensibility.

I think this is my favorite picture:

What, don't I have something other to do than look at pictures? Not this late at night!
He's actually smiling in this one. And look at those eyes - what depth. Oh man.

Personally though - going for old guys I will always pick Colin Firth. If I was a princess and needed a Prince to rescue me - it would be Colin Firth. I love him to death.
I don't really like the Sense and Sensibility movie - but the Pride and Prejudice series is one of my favourites. I actually got it for Christmas (the dvd) off my mum! Mr Darcy is so handsome
Anyway, you were talking older guys and Jane Austen - I couldn't pass up the chance.

Alan Rickman is cool and an amazing actor! I've seen a bunch of his movies because of my mom. She's liked him since Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. I love how vindictive he is in that movie. I also like his acting in Die Hard, Truly, Madly, Deeply, and Sense & Sensibility. That part when he says "How's the invalid?" cracks me up for some reason. I guess it's cause of the way he says it. Wasn't he also in January Man?
My mom had me go see S&S with her in the theater back in 95 and my butt hurt so bad when it was over. haha It's a really good movie though.
I've only seen parts of the Harry Potter movies cause they don't really hold my interest, but I like how he faces off against Kenneth Branaugh (sp?). That guy irritates me.
Oh, I've also seen him in Bob Roberts, Closetland, Quigley Down Under, and I think Michael Collins.
http://imdb.com/name/nm0000614/ As for the "older" men I like: Jon Bon Jovi and Johnny Depp. Denzel Washington too.
