Easter eggs?

ok so in the (fake) interview of elijah wood and dom monaghan elijah mentions at the begining that its a easter egg and implys there are other easter eggs.
what i wanna know is are there other easter eggs?
are they on the lotr dvds, if so were abouts? (i have all lotr dvds in extended edition by the way)

there are other easter eggs but cant remember which dvds they are on you will have to search for them good luck
