I was thinking that perhaps we (in the UK) would get to see this documentary as well but I checked the TV Guide as well as the MTV Schedule for the next 7 days and there is nothing. Does anyone know whether we will be able to see this over here? I would be gutted if we couldn't see this.

No problem Shanny.  Has the program been shown over there yet? It's at 8pm isn't it but I think local listing may be different for some people. I think it won't be shown here in Europe for quite some time.

Well, MTV is national so the showtimes are all the same but in the United States alone there is four different time zones so it will depend on where you live on what time it will be shown but basically it will be shown at all the same time just with different times on the clock. I hope I'm not too confusing.  I'm sure you don't understand a word I'm saying... So I'll see it tonight! I'm so excited. 
Sorry you won't see it for awhile Cazzie. I'm sure you'll get updates from people on what happened. I'll let you know as well.

That's exactly what I meant, I just didn't explain myself very well.  I knew about the different time zones and I do understand it but it always amazes me nonetheless.

i have not seen anything about a repeat yet. i checked for the next week and no news.
the program was extremely touching. the actors read from actual diaries of holocaust victims. some still alive, most not. the actors were not seen, only heard. zach braff was the only one on camera. there were disturbing images of the holocaust, with some pictures of the victims themselves.
elijah read from two different diaries. neither one of the young men survived. it was powerful and it made you really hear what these young people went through during that awful time.
well done program.

Oh wow, I really didn't want to miss that show, but MTV usually plays program several times. Rarely would they play a show like that once. Thanks for their listing link.

This was a beautiful and heartbreaking show.
I have seen many other programs about the Holocaust, but this one was so personal, it just got to me. 
Elijah read the first two diaries and it was so heartfelt and so touching. You feel like you get to know each person through the reading and then at the end you learn their fate.........
it was just so heart-wrenching and sad.
Still sad today thinking about it.

Oh my, it sounds very touching. In german schools a lot is taught about the Holocaust and pupils visit the former concentration camps to see what it was like. Being at the concentration camp was very hard, you could still feel what had happened there. It was very shocking. I think I would probably cry seeing this program. I hope we can see it over here soon.

It was so touching! Sorry I'm so late on responding about it but as was said by Deenan, Elijah read for two diaries. He was never seen but I think that not showing the celebrities made it better.
He read for two people and one is actually still alive. I checked because I recorded it. He lives in Israel today. The other one unfortunately lost their life in the Holocaust. I'm glad that Elijah as well as others did this because it was an amazing program.

For me the program was very touching, heartbreaking. I wish that Holocaust horrors will never repeated again!!. Lij read two diaries, one of the boys survived the Holocaust and lives now in Israel, the other, sadly died. Those people are treated like garbage, the nazis don't care if children were separated from their parents and sibilings. The images are so disturbing most of those innocent people were practically skin and bones. Ay Dios Mio!!(Oh, my God!!)
Kids should be educated about this tragedy. Most of 53% of high school students don't know exactly when the Holocaust happened. Some of them believed that it happened in the 19th century!!
