I don't know, perhaps the role you're waiting for is on day zero, it looks like that to me, and my favorite role, was Jonathan of Everything is illuminated, one of his best performance...

Happy Holidays Everyone,I remember answering this question in 2006.So,my list has changed a bit.This is what I have now.
1.Frodo(As Always)
2.Jones Dillon
3.Jonathon(EII)
4.Matt(GSH)
5.It's a tie between:Barney Snow and Sandy
I have more but this could take some time.Especially with Elijah's new films coming out soon.

Hope your all staying warm and I want to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.It just might be a Awsome year at that with what Elijah has to do in films and his reording labal.

I really liked him as Matt in GSH, can't beat Frodo for me though  I'm really excited about Day Zero!

I loved him as William in Bobby.  He's so adorably awkward and sweet -- reminds me of my husband when we first met.

I would pick Frodo, Jonathan from EII, Jones from All I Want and Elijah as the teen hit-man from Chain of Fools as my favourite grown-up roles.

As a child actor I think he was funny as Huck Finn and heart-breakingly good as Stu in The War.

No but seriously.  It has to be Frodo.  Frodo was so awsome back when in the books when I was a kid.  He is one of my all time favorite fictional persons.  And I used to watch the Bakshi cartoon Frodo over and over.

And Elijah Wood was such an amaizing Frodo, THE BEST version of that character yet. Awsome.
